5 Steps for Healthy Skin

Following are 5 basic steps that can help you get a healthy glowing skin.

1.    Cleanse moisturize and tone your face regularly. All these three things are extremely essential for you to have a glowing vibrant skin.
2.    Drink lots of water every day. Make sure to drink at least 8 to 10 glasses of water daily to attend healthy beautiful skin.
3.    Follow a balance diet and include all green leafy vegetables and fruits in your daily diet. Drink fruits juice whenever possible and ensure that you drink one glass of milk every day.
4.    Don’t resort to habits like drinking and smoking, as these two habits are very harmful for our skin as well as health.
5.    Last but not the least; indulge in the regular habit of exercise early in the morning. And in case you can’t do exercise then at least consider walking for 25 minutes on a daily basis.
